Saylow.ai provides AI telephone answering using the business information and instructions supplied. Separate subscription terms apply to purchases. Creating an account alone does not charge you or allocate a telephone number.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate details, manage only accounts and information you are authorised to use, and keep sign-in codes private. Report unauthorised use. The business is responsible for employee permissions and the accuracy of its information.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement or security attacks. Do not provide passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information. This is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
Automated answers
AI transcription and replies can be wrong. Review inquiries before confirming an order, price or commitment. The business must give callers appropriate notice of automated answering and data processing, and arrange any required recording consent. Do not falsely describe the assistant as human when asked.
Content, changes and rights
You retain rights in your business content and permit its processing to provide the service. This does not grant rights to use Saylow branding or software beyond authorised use. Updates will appear here; they do not remove accrued rights or mandatory legal protections. Purchase and cancellation details are in the subscription terms.
