UpdatedEssential operation
Cookies and browser storage support secure sign-in, abuse prevention and saved choices. The app uses a sign-in cookie; sessions are configured for seven days and may refresh with use. A language preference is saved separately for up to one year. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or saved choices.
Optional measurement
Google measurement tools, including those configured through Google Tag Manager, are blocked until explicit consent. No Google tag or measurement request is sent before consent. Rejecting measurement does not prevent ordinary site use. Analytics consent does not authorise personalised advertising.
Changing your choice
The consent choice is saved on your device for 180 days. Reopen cookie settings on the site to reject measurement or withdraw consent. The new choice affects future processing; it does not necessarily erase information already lawfully sent. You may also manage cookies in your browser. Measurement events created by the site do not include names, inquiry details, transcripts or sign-in codes.
Provider pages
Google sign-in and the iCount and PayMe checkout run on external providers when you choose them. Their storage policies are separate. Contact info@saylow.ai about storage or privacy.
