Ordering and payment
Monthly plans are ILS 49 for 20 minutes, ILS 129 for 100 minutes and ILS 299 for 300 minutes, including VAT. Recurring monthly charges and order terms are displayed on the secure iCount and PayMe payment page. Registration or choosing a plan does not charge you; the order must be completed at checkout.
Activation and telephone numbers
Activation requires verified payment, business setup and a suitable number. Allocation depends on availability and telecom requirements, including documents where required. No particular number or immediate activation is guaranteed. If payment was made but activation is not possible, contact support for resolution under the order and applicable law.
Minute allowance
Each connected call is rounded up to a whole minute against the allowance. The allowance renews each subscription cycle; unused minutes do not roll over. There is no automatic overage charge. Automated answering cannot continue without sufficient allowance; arrange an appropriate fallback. Technical limits, including a maximum of six minutes per call, may apply even when minutes remain.
Stopping renewal
Request cancellation of future renewals in your account or at info@saylow.ai. A pending status is not confirmation; confirmation follows the payment provider’s acknowledgment. Ordinary renewal cancellation preserves the already-paid period and does not automatically issue a refund. Arrange call forwarding and number handling before ending use; a cancellation request does not automatically delete the number.
Statutory rights and failed charges
Stopping renewal does not limit any mandatory cancellation or refund right. Where Israeli consumer law applies, including qualifying distance transactions, additional cancellation periods and rights may apply to the circumstances. You may contact us to cancel the transaction itself, not only its renewal. A failed charge does not extend a paid period. Provider collection attempts and actual charges are reviewed against the transaction; Saylow does not automatically forgive debt or initiate an additional charge through this process.
